The archive section in Second Brain for Work is where all of your completed or irrelevant information and data types that are no longer in use are stored. By archiving pages, you can keep your workspace clean without the need to delete anything, which also allows you to always trace back anything from the past.
I recommend that you only archive a page when it appears in your “Weekly Review” under the “Archive inactive items” section. This happens if the page has been untouched for more than 30 days.
By archiving a page, you will remove the page from the main dashboards and pages and only see them on the archive page.
